Tuesday Online Yoga

each week on Zoom at 7:30pm EST

To help us navigate this rapidly changing world, I offer different tools each week during my online yoga sessions, with each Tuesday of the month dedicated to a unique practice designed to help us embrace change with grace and resilience.

First Tuesday of the Month: Inside Flow Yoga
Start your month with a deeply intuitive and powerful practice. Inside Flow Yoga connects breath, movement, and music to achieve a flow state that anchors us to the present moment.

 

Second Tuesday: Fire Yoga
This session embodies all five elements to help us prove to ourselves that we are capable of experiencing even difficult moments with strength and resilience. This class features dynamic poses that challenge our bodies alongside restorative poses that promote calm and healing. Fire Yoga allows us to tap into our personal power, helping us to face change with courage, confidence, and passion.

 

Third Tuesday: Meditation & Sound Healing
This session blends guided meditation with the healing vibrations of sound, using crystal or Tibetan bowls to promote deep relaxation and inner stillness. This class provides a perfect opportunity to tune into our higher selves for guidance through transitions.

 

Fourth Tuesday: Soothing Movement & Yoga Nidra
This session combines gentle, restorative movement with the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra (guided meditation). This class helps us to find calm amidst the chaos and feel more centered as we move through changes.

 

Fifth Tuesday: Happiness Yoga
If the month has a fifth Tuesday, this session is dedicated to cultivating joy and contentment. This class focuses on nurturing positivity and embracing happiness in the present moment. A wonderful way to end the month on a high note, reminding us that change can lead to growth and happiness.
